Course Repetition. You have two attempts to complete a class. If both attempts are unsuccessful and you want to repeat the same class for the third time, submit a petition to the Academic Records and Standards Committee before enrolling in the semester. Petition forms are available in the Admissions & Records office or online .
^^ That's definitely true, hence it being a little "easier" than going to a university. If you though high school was easy or okay, the same goes for a community college. If you have the mindset of a hard worker who tries his/her best to suceed, then it will be easy.
What Are the Basic College Courses?
Credit Hour Credit granted at Lane is in terms of quarter hours, since Lane is on a quarter-system calendar. Three quarter hours are equal to two semester hours.
2.0 or higherGPA must be 2.0 or higher in order to receive degree. Maximum 16 credits of P/NP (Pass is considered a C- grade at Lane), 12 credits of Career Technical courses, 12 credits of Physical Education, 12 credits Individual Music Lessons (MUP) and 18 credits of Cooperative Education.
24 creditsGraduation Requirements Total Credits Complete the number of credits as required for the individual degree, including foundational skills and discipline studies requirements. Minimum Credits at Lane Complete at least 24 credits. Career Pathways Certificates can be earned with fewer than 24 credits.
