Summer Course Schedule

All courses are on campus and in person. Courses are worth 1.0 Knox credits unless noted otherwise.

Registration

The initial, first-choice registration period for Summer Term runs through April 15, 2022.

Tuition

For Degree-seeking Knox undergraduates and Undergraduates from other institutions:

Room and Board

Housing will be available on campus ($268 for the term--single rooms only). Students can apply through the Campus Life Office. (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, housing is available only to degree-seeking Knox students in 2022.)

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Students enrolling in the Summer Term are ineligible for Knox College Scholarships and Knox Grant awards. Knox students may receive Title IV Federal Aid; non-Knox students would not be eligible. Students must be enrolled in at least 1.5 credit hours to be eligible for federal loans and at least 1.0 credit to be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant.

Billing and Refunds

Students enrolling in the Summer Term will receive a billing statement one week after pre-enrollment for the Summer Term. Payment for the Summer Term is due May 20 and monthly payment plans are not available. Please note that late payments may result in a $50 late payment fee.

On-Campus Employment

A limited number of on-campus jobs are available each summer, mostly in the area of Facility Services. Please check Handshake for availability.

Fall Term 2019

September 16, Monday Residence halls open for returning students at noon. Board for returning students begins with supper. Online check-in opens.

Winter Term 2020

January 5, Sunday Residence halls open at 10:00 a.m. Board begins with supper. Online check-in opens.

Spring Term 2020

May 28, Thursday Last day to withdraw from a course without permission of Academic Stading Committee Classes End Last day to select S/U grading
