Who is Paul writing to?

Can I do it myself?

I cannot do it myself. But I can hear, believe and obey the gospel, which is the power of God to save. Dead men and women who walk according to the course of this world can be saved. Jesus made that possible, and God offers to raise us; to make us alive.
