Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA) understands unforeseen circumstances arise which may require a temporary break in a student’s education. UMA has a Non-Term Title IV Leave of Absence (LOA) policy available to active students enrolled in a non-term program, who meet the established criteria, and follow the appropriate process.

I have been waiting for almost 3 months now for my disbursement. I have signed the agreements and until now I am still waiting, How long does it take till you get it in the mail? or you don't get one at all? I need answers whether if this is true if you will get a disbursement check or not.
Everyone has straight A’s your not special like try make you feel. You get charged tons of money for a school that isn’t even accredited and your diploma isn’t even real. When you put Uma down they laugh because it isn’t accredited. I wasted two years of my like going to school for fake piece paper that doesn’t help you ever get job.
Graduated. They tried to place me in jobs that had absolutely NOTHING to do with my degree. Every employer that I tried to interview with laughed when I told them the name of the school or immediately shut down the interview. If I could sue them, I would.
Currently enrolled and I have no issues with them since Jan 2017 and they keep me motivated because there were times I thought I was going to fail but they kept me on track. I only received one C all my other grades were B and As so I enjoy the school so far overall.
I have no complaints at all. I've graduated from UMA with my medical assistant diploma and i was directed to take the certification test and passed. I had no problems with finding jobs. I recently graduated with my Associates Degree in healthcare management.

Clearwater students who miss more than five scheduled class days or do not complete an online, academically related activity such as discussion boards, submission of assignments or an assessment within a grading period are placed on VA eligibility probation for the following grading period.
An instructor may deduct up to ten percent of the available points for each subsequently scheduled class meeting for a maximum of a thirty percent penalty for late assignments and assessments. Students may make up work independently, as approved by the instructor, or during designated academic sessions/open lab hours.
