The user will still be enrolled in your Blackboard Learn course, but will not be able to access your Blackboard Learn class, nor see it listed in their "My Courses" module. If the user has the role of "Student", they will still appear in the Grade Center and be marked "unavailable".

Courses appear in Blackboard 24 – 48 hours after enrollment or assignment in CUNYfirst.
From the list where your name appears, you can view a list of your courses. On the Courses page, you can access all of your courses. Your institution controls the page that appears after you log in.
Log into Blackboard and go to My Courses.If the course code still appears in your list, then you can download your past assessment or assignment from the My Interim Results tab.If it is not in your list, contact the Course Coordinator to check if they have a copy filed.
To show a hidden course, filter the list by Hidden from me > open a course's menu > select Show course.

The Not Visible icon indicates the item isn't visible to students because of an adaptive release rule or the item's availability settings.
Sometimes the content is permanently removed from the system. When you delete a content container, you permanently remove it .

Metadata stores information about a content item, including bibliographic, lifecycle, and copyright information. To copy and move between two courses, you must be enrolled in both courses. Copying a content container doesn't remove it from the original location in your course.

Symptom: A Grade Center that has been downloaded to work offline will include extraneous text in the column heading (usually "instructor.download.column.total"). Unless this text is removed before the file is reuploaded, the extra text will be added to the column headers within Blackboard.
