A. Take English and any other 3 subjects in which you have scored a maximum. Now sum up the marks and divide it by 400. Multiply the total sum by 100. The result is your ISC Percentage.#N#Formula = [ (English+Subject 1 + Subject 2 +Subject 3)/400]*100 = Your Percentage %.

The board informed that, “In view of the continuing pandemic situation in the country and the disruption in educational activities brought about due to extended lockdowns, and the various alternate modes of syllabus transaction that need to be adopted, due to closure of schools, the CISCE had carried out an extensive exercise of Syllabus review.” They further added, “Syllabi for various subjects at the ICSE and ISC levels specifically for Classes 10 and 12, for the examination year 2022 were examined by subject experts to identify portions which may be reduced, without compromising on the quality of content.”.

The council has decided to divide the 2021-22 academic sessions into two semesters with a 50% syllabus covering each semester. The decision was taken by the council after considering the continuing disruption of educational activities and the closure of schools due to COVID-19.
First Term - The examination for the first semester will be conducted in November 2021 and will be based on the specified portion of the reduced syllabus. The examination will be MCQ-based which will be conducted online.
The question papers for both semesters will consist of 80/100 marks for ICSE. For the ISC, the question papers will be of 70/80 marks. The marks division will be based on the maximum marks currently allocated for the theory component of the subjects.
If the situation allows, the practicals for the ISC level will be conducted by the examiners who will set the practical question papers based on detailed guidelines and instructions of the council. In case the situation remains unchanged and the students will not be able to appear for the exams in schools, online/virtual mode will be practised.

ISC Class 12 exam is tentatively conducted in February-March every year. The exam is conducted by Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) for the Class 12 students of all the affiliated schools. The students appear only for the subjects that they have chosen in their Class 11.
