To begin, throughout this course, I have learned a lot about myself and my writing. I have realized that the more I write, the better I get. You were right when you said that writing comes to you naturally if you do it often. I have noticed that when I write with my heart and soul, I better my writing, as well as myself.
I have learned a great deal in this course in relation to writing argumentative essays. There is much research involved, as well as objectivity to the position taken on a particular subject. These are, what I have learned, to be the two most important factors in the preparation for a paper.
Our English class has been geared toward opening up to others and finding ourselves. We have learned a lot about our peers and ourselves throughout this semester, and we have learned about poetry, literature, and other topics. I have learned a lot about my classmates, myself, and I found my new favorite book, To Kill A Mockingbird.
I learned that a beneficial writing strategy can be overviewing the topic briefly, stating the argument, and then using supporting details like quotes and examples that back up the original argument.

I can 't believe this class is almost over; summer went by fast. I am happy that I learned numerous concepts that have helped me improve my writing, such as grammar concepts, APA format, word choice, persuasive essays, and cause and effect essays. First, there are several grammar concepts that I feel like I will remember.
