2. I believe in you

When a guy is down and unmotivated, he needs words of encouragement to cheer his spirit. If you are a sensitive lady, you can tell the guy, “I believe in you.” Hearing those words would mean a lot to the guy, and it would impact him with confidence.

3. You are handsome

Among what men want to hear from women, positive comments about how handsome they look are one of the major compliments. If your man looks good, you should not hesitate to remind him of how handsome he looks.

4. You are sexy

There is a notable difference between being handsome and sexy. A guy might look handsome and not sexy and vice-versa. Any guy who is called sexy would be over the moon because it implies the lady is turned on by looking at or thinking about him.

5. You are different from other guys

If you tell a guy that nothing makes him different from other guys, it can deflate his ego.

6. Everything will be fine

There is nothing more comforting than knowing that your partner encourages you not to be heartbroken or depressed.

7. I only want you

In a relationship, partners need to hear some words from each other to guarantee the relationship’s progress. Hence, what men want to hear from a woman is “I only want you.” When the guy hears this statement, he is reassured that the woman wants to stick around forever.

8. You make me happy

A relationship or marriage can be tough, and when times are hard, it is important that there is something to be happy about.

1 Use a call-to-action

Good email communication eliminates guesswork for the recipient. The problem with “I look forward to hearing from you” is that it removes you from the active role and puts you in a subservient one.

3 I appreciate your quick response

It’s okay to use this alternative when you want an answer as soon as possible, but you don’t have a time constraint. It gives the recipient a bit more of a nudge than “I look forward to hearing from you.”

4 Always happy to hear from you

This one says “Hey, my inbox is always open!” It’s breezy and informal, and it works well for recipients you have an ongoing dialog with. This closing doesn’t insist on an answer, so use it only when you’d welcome a response but you don’t need one.

5 Keep me informed . .

Sometimes, you need a reply only when the status of a project changes. In these cases, it’s appropriate to end with something like “Keep me informed of any updates.” Go ahead and be as insistent as you need to be. If it’s critical that you receive project updates, say so.

6 I await your immediate response

You’re not messing around here. You need a reply yesterday. Save this closing for when your recipient has delayed and you need to be firm and no-nonsense. But be aware that this closing conveys a serious, even angry, tone.

7 Write soon!

In less formal emails, “Write soon” is a cheerful sign-off that lets the correspondent know you’d like to hear from them without actually demanding action. Use it for friendly communication, such as writing to a close friend or relative. Just keep it out of your business communication; it’s far too casual.

What to do when you disagree with your boss?

When you do disagree with your boss, be respectful; don’t call him out and say he’s wrong (especially in front of other people) but don’t be afraid to make your ideas heard, either. Anyone is more likely to take dissenting views into consideration when they’re presented calmly and politely.

What happens if the boss and employee are of opposite sexes?

If the boss and employee are of opposite sexes it can become personal and dangerous. Some people have no limits unfortunately !!! Women with no dignity will do anything to climb up the career ladder. The boss should keep his employee at arms length and uses his intelligence.

Do bosses like to be self-driven?

Bosses love people who are self-driven and don’ t need a lot of micro-managing. In addition, if it’s not technically “your job” but it needs to be done — including everything from changing the toner cartridge to filing paperwork — you’ll earn extra points. Here’s an idea….

Do managers give advice?

Managers are usually eager to be seen as experts, and most will be glad to give advice on how best to prepare to advance in the company or your career. Even just asking for the advice can make your boss feel valued. I agree. Everyone loves to have their ideas validated, even your boss.
