The boiling point of water is the point at which the liquid water molecules are vibrating so fast that they spread apart to become a gas. So, we have a body of water – introduced into and held by the kettle (or watched pot). We add energy to the system, via electricity, which is converted into heat. The heat energy increases the rate of vibration ...
When water is asked to heat up, to raise its vibration and come to the boil, it does not resist. Imagine if it did! That watched pot would never boil! The nice thing about boiling vegetables is that there's really no complicated preparation work involved. All you need to do is get your vegetables ready, and get your water ready. But there are a few things you want to keep in mind.
It's hard to imagine anything easier than boiling vegetables. You heat some water, toss in the vegetables, wait a bit, and you're done, right? But the truth is, there's a bit more to it than that. For example, should you cover the pot or not? It actually depends on the vegetable you're boiling.#N#Boiling vegetables is really super easy. But if you don't do it right, you can end up with watery, flavorless, tired looking veggies, instead of bright and tasty ones. The key is to cook each vegetable just right so that you lose as little flavor, color and nutrient value as possible during the boiling process.#N#One of the most important things to keep in mind is that boiling leeches nutrients out of the vegetables, and so the goal is to have them in water as little time as possible, while still getting them cooked!#N#In this article, I'll go over the preparation work you need to do, and then I'll talk about how to boil vegetables.

The second sign you are an intuitive channel is that you find you have sudden flashes of insight, inspiration and higher divine guidance that comes from a source that feels “outside of you”.
Intuitive channeling is essentially when you connect with the messages of divine guidance, and the stream of divine love in the moment, and you begin to flow it through you intuitively, often without even realizing it.
Again, channeling can often be seen as speaking the truth of divine love.
But at first, it is normal for guidance to just start flowing through. So that's the first sign that you already are channeling. It's that you've just gotten in that flow of streaming guidance from beyond your logical comprehension.
