Enter your course in Desire2Learn. Select Edit Course in the top right corner of the navigation bar. Choose Import / Export/ Copy Components. Choose Import Components, click the Choose File buttonand browse for the zip file that you exported from TestGen in step 2. Select the file and click the Open button.
Apr 06, 2020 · Click the bubble at the left end of the Source Course's row. Click the Add Selected button. Choose what materials to copy from the Source Course to the Destination Course. If you want to copy everything from the Source Course: Click the Copy All Components button. Wait for D2L to queue and process your copy request.
Click Import/Export/Copy Components. Select Copy Components from another Org Unit. Click Search for offering. To pull up a list of all of your courses, click the Magnifying glass icon, or enter the course number and click search. Select the course you want to copy FROM by clicking the radio button to the left of the course.
Select the course to be copied. Select Add Selected . The window will close, and the course name will appear under the "Course to copy" heading. If not already selected, select Include protected resources. Select Copy All Components. The course copy will begin processing. When it is complete, a green check mark will appear. Copy a previous course site to a new one. Go to the D2L course site you want to copy materials TO and click Course Admin. Select Import/Export/Copy Components. Click Search for offering. When it is complete, a summary page will be displayed. Select View Content. 9 Content will open. If dates were not updated, select Review and Manage Dates to update them now.
In general, course components already in the destination course will not be affected by copying course components. The only course component that can be overwritten is a course file, i.e., HTML pages that have been created in the course site or files that have been uploaded to it.
If copying linked or associated components, e.g., files attached to a Submission folder or the HTML files for pages that have been created, all of the related components must be copied at the same time.

Locate the quiz you wish to copy, then click the quiz Options icon [1]. Select the Copy To... option [2].
Enter the name of a course or course code in the Select a Course field [1].
Copied quizzes display on the Quizzes Index Page for the course into which it copied.
