After signing in to your student account at www.pearsonmylabandmastering.com, the My Courses from Pearson page opens. You manage your MyLab and Mastering courses on this page.
To retry your enrollment, select Enroll in a Course and then enter the course ID from the instructor and follow the onscreen instructions.
If the student pays for full course access, the Status setting is available again. If the student never pays for full access, the student remains with a Status of inactive.
Note: If your Pearson MyLab & Mastering course is being delivered via MyLabsPlus you do not need to register or have a Course ID. Please contact your instructor for course access information.

Access codes are supposed to be set up to allow students to gain access to online content for the duration of the course. Also, it can vary, depending on the code. Access generally lasts for a duration of between 6 months and 2 years.

A Coordinator Course label sets apart coordinator courses from student courses and member sections.
A course tile shows important information about the course, including its course type and status. To open any type of course, select the course name under the Active or Inactive tabs. When you open a course, you may see a message about supported browsers and operating systems or enabling pop-ups and cookies.
Students see similar alerts when a course approaches its end date, or when their temporary access is expiring.
Some course products, such as the Instructor Resource Center, don’t have a course ID. Open these products, just like a course, by selecting the name on the tile. Select Details for more product information, such as the subscription dates. See more information about your courses.
