All senior year classes should be listed as "In-Progress" since you will have no grades quite yet. For one-credit courses, you will put "In-Progress" twice (first semester and second semester). If your course is ½ credit, enter "In-Progress" once. You do NOT need to report first semester senior year grades when they become available.

To link your SSAR to your application, you need to access the “Check your Status” page. Once logged in, students can see everything we have on file for their application including the SSAR and test scores. Final high school transcripts. Your official transcripts should be sent to USF directly from your high school. Your counselor can email your final transcript to [email protected] or use a platform like Naviance, Maia, SCOIR, etc., if your school uses one.
Select the appropriate Subject Area and then choose the Generic Course Title that best describes the subject matter of the course. Under Course Name you may modify the generic course title to exactly what is listed on your transcript.
If you are a high school senior, choose "In Progress" for scheduled or in-progress 12th grade courses. If you have already completed a 12th grade course and received a final grade, please indicate the grade that you received. Do not enter in-progress marking period grades.
When a first student logs in, all courses will show on the home screen. The progress bar for each course gives a quick overview of the assignments that have been completed. However, some completed assignments may need to be redone if the minimum required score was not earned.
In the top right corner of the course there is a "Current Grade" and a "Course Grade." The Current Grade shows only the average of all assignments that the student has completed so far. The Course Grade shows the average of all required assignments and will include a 0% score for each of the assignments not yet completed.
Students and parents will want to verify that all assignments in all units and folders are green.
