John Tyler Community College has partnered with Nelnet to process electronic financial aid and tuition refunds for students who paid their tuition and fees on campus or received financial aid, as well as payment plan refunds. The OGI may take up to 7 business days to process your request. All requests are processed as quickly as possible, in the order they are received.
If the request is approved, the OGI will email the Registrar and copy you to confirm that you can withdraw from the class. The Registrar will process your withdrawal. The OGI cannot withdraw any student from any course.
