Click on the Courses link in the global navigation menu. Then click on All Courses. Scroll down to see any previous enrollments that still exist but are no longer on the dashboard.
You can also access your course grades through the Global Navigation Menu, which is located in the top right corner of your Blackboard interface next to your name. Click on the My Grades icon () to access the global grades and use the filters to select your course. Click on View Attempt for the graded test.
If you want to preserve an exact replica of your course, including student enrollments and work, choose Archive. NOTE: Only DoIT system administrators can "restore" an archived course to the Blackboard site. At the next screen, scroll to Section 2: File Attachments.
TIP: Keeping export/archive packages in a Blackboard course can contribute to course bloat. We strongly recommend that faculty delete packages from the course Export page after downloading or before running a new export.
Once a course is retired off Blackboard, the content links will break. What does this mean? This will make copies of ALL files in the course’s home folder whether those files are linked to course content or not. For example, if you had a lecture you no longer use, but it's still in the Blackboard course, then that file will be exported.

Files within the course’s home folder that are not linked to any content within the course are not included in the copy. If you think you have files that may exist outside your course directory, it's a good idea to review your content and make sure everything is associated to the course itself, a master course, or Box.
If you do not have permission configured, your students may not be able to access some files when the course is imported. If any content was originated in another course that was assigned to another instructor, you will not be able to export the content unless those permissions have been updated.
