There's no way to "undo" a course import, I'm afraid. If your school allows it, instructors can "Reset" a course, which will clear all of the content: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13069-415257102 This might work for you if you didn't have much else in the course besides the material that you just imported.
Unfortunately, we don’t delete courses from Canvas. We recommend unpublishing the course or simply following the directions above to remove it from your Dashboard.
The Canvas dashboard is dynamic with the term dates. Your course will appear based on your status for the course. Below are those conditions. However, errors do occur which may prevent a course from automatically appearing on your dashboard. Please note that removing a course from your dashboard does not drop you out of the course.
If there are no gold stars then Canvas will display all courses listed within above the Past Enrollments section. Following the steps above in Add Classes for your current courses will result in the unwanted class not appearing in your Dashboard. Unfortunately, we don’t delete courses from Canvas.

Once student interaction on your course is no longer needed (only viewing), setting an end date will manually 'archive' your course and remove it from your, and your students', dashboards. The course will still be accessible in archive format by clicking on courses and viewing Past enrolments.
When you do a course export and see the "Your content has been exported " bar at the bottom, you will also see a link that says "New Export" above that. The "New Export" is the link to the export file. You must click on the link to download the file to your computer.
Removing a course from the Dashboard simply removes it from that view, it will not remove it from the all courses page.
