But it will allow you to buy a Lic in Every State in the Union. You will have to buy an out of state Lic & a Hunting Lic of that state. Good luck & Safe Hunting.

Hunter Ed from an approved course is probably recognized everywhere. Also, once you get a SC license that would get you a license in other States. Always check with the specific State to be sure.
I'm not sure for every state but I know that many and possibly all states have reciprocity agreements where one states hunter ed will pass over and cover the other states. You'll want to guard your certificate dearly as you'll most likely need to provide proof of passing a course before you can obtain a license from another state.
