Simply sign up for Full Course, No Certificate. Some courses are paid-only. Look for the green $ symbol on the Class Central page. If you are unable to pay and want a certificate, you can apply to Coursera for Financial aid.
As far as I know, the answer is 'no'. I mean it's not possible to transfer payments across accounts, nor does Coursera accept gift cards. There is a referral program that works only for residents of the US. Of course, it's not a gift program, but it offers discounts.Nov 30, 2020
