Thank you for your interest in Ivy Tech’s Culinary Program! Courses is run in conjunction with specific classes that are offered only on Thursdays. Wednesdays are generally set aside for lecture, demos, & prep. Thursdays are service days. Students learn about different styles & settings so we do some private events also.
We had a corner table with a wonderful view of Indianapolis. After long waits between courses, we discovered at the end of the meal, that it was our servers first day. He was friendly, and apologetic when appetizers and entrees were ordered were "out" and we made new choices. Arancini were divine, as was the choc cake dessert.

Courses Catering, run by catering management students, also works out of the space for special events. A special event later in the term will have a sampling of South American cuisines with a Brazilian churrasco-style beef carving station.
While guests are enjoying meals and views, the restaurant’s primary function is to give students experience with serving customers.
