Go to Site Admin > Courses > Manages Categories and Courses. Select the Category the course was created in and then select the course you want to delete. In the panel on the right, (it usually is on the right), use the delete icon, the X, to the right of the course name, follow the prompts and say OK to everything. That should delete it.

After logging into Moodle via myapps.up.edu or directly at learning.up.edu, you will land on your Dashboard. Locate the block titled Course Overview.
Moodle allows you to hide courses that you no longer wish to view. To do so, choose the course which you wish to Hide and locate the “. . .” icon.
Clicking the icon will reveal a menu. Click Hide from View. The class will immediately disappear from the Course Overview.
If you discover later that you need to be able to view a hidden course, unhiding is simple. In the Course Overview block, Expand the filters and click Hidden.
You will now see any courses that you have hidden. Locate the course you need to unhide and click the “. . . ” icon. From the menu that appears, select Show this Course. It will now appear in the applicable categories.

Highlight the participant you wish to remove and the click on the black arrow between the two blocks that points to the right. When you’re done, the participant will no longer appear in the list of participants on the left.
This article explains how an instructor (or someone with a higher level of access) can remove a participant from a CCLE /Moodle course site. The participant removed will subsequently not appear in the list of participants and will no longer have access to the course site.
NOTE: On instructional CCLE /Moodle sites, enrollment is automatic for students officially registered for the course, and the CCLE system updates at regular intervals based on data from the Registrar.
