You can find and download copies of archived courses in the Blackboard Learn user interface. In the Content Management menu on the Admin Panel, select Manage Content. Select internal > autoArchive. Course archives are stored in folders.

It is important to clean up the Content Collection on a regular basis, such as at the end of each semester. As courses, organizations, and users are deleted from Blackboard Learn, administrators also need to remove them from the Content Collection.
The user's folder will no longer appear, but it can be searched and located. If the user is not removed from the Content Collection and a user with the same username is added to the Blackboard Learn, as expected, a folder with this username appears in the Content Collection.
To make the course available, open the course's menu and select Make Available. To make a course unavailable, open the course's menu and select Make Unavailable.

Course themes add a background image to the course display and change the color of the user interface, including the course menu, buttons, and controls. The theme can be changed again at any time. Applying a theme doesn't affect course content or a chosen course structure.
