May 19, 2020 · Student work is never deleted in Edgenuity. When a student's enrollment is disabled, the student will no longer be able to access that course when they log into Edgenuity. Any coursework that was attempted or submitted prior to archiving the student's enrollment will remain, exactly as-is, until you enable the student's enrollment again.
Find the student in the SIS. 2. Choose “Withdraw” under Actions on the Left side of the screen. 3. Choose the withdrawal reason. 4. Click “Withdraw”. It is helpful to also make a note on the student page with the date, your name, and reason for withdrawal for anyone who may look up the student at a later time. 877.7CLICKS solutions@edgenuity.com

If you are a Master's student and you were enrolled by your institution, you will not be able to directly unenroll yourself on edX .org. Please reach out to your advisor or designated contact at the institution to assist you with dropping a Master's course.
In courses that were purchased as part of a program bundle, you will have the ability to change course sessions in addition to unenrolling for a refund. For these courses, if the refund eligibility period has passed (meaning that you will not receive a refund), the unenroll option is not available.
