Are nonresident hunting license fees refundable in Idaho?

The eRider ® Basic II Course is designed for riders who want to develop beginning street riding skills, but who are comfortable with the basics of turning, shifting, stopping, and balancing the motorcycle.

Intermediate Rider Training (IRT) is designed for riders who want to develop better street riding skills but are already comfortable with the basics of turning, shifting, stopping, and balancing the motorcycle.
