Is course key free?

CourseKey comes with a 14 day trial period in order for students to have flexibility in the beginning of the term. We understand classes may be dropped, added or switched so do not purchase a subscription until you are certain you will be staying in the class. Once the trial expires a subscription will be required.

Whats a course key?

Course Keys are used to register for an instructor led course. The Course Key is selected by the course instructor. If your instructor has provided you with a Course Key, enter it below.

Where is my course key cengage?

You can get the course key for higher education courses from the Instructor Center and the course key for K-12 courses from the NGLSync instructor dashboard. Sign in to the Instructor Center at faculty.cengage.com. Click My Courses. to copy the course key.

Where is my access key for ServSafe?

Your Course Access Key is available on Course Management under My Courses. You will see your Course Access Key under the course name. You can also click the Details button for the respective course to see the Course Access Key and all additional information related to your course. If you were assigned a course by email, your Course Access Key will be sent to the email address that the Administrator used to assign you the course. If you were assigned a course by your ServSafe User ID, your course will be in your ServSafe.com account.

How long are ServSafe courses valid?

Unused courses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once a course has been started: ServSafe Food Handler courses must be completed in 60 days. ServSafe Manager and ServSafe Alcohol courses must be completed in 90 days. After a course has expired, a student will not be able to access that course.

How long do you have access to the course materials?

You have access to the course materials for 6 months.

Do you have to purchase all coursepacks?

The answer is Yes, students must purchase all required items in a Coursepack. However, your instructor has the ability to make any material in a Coursepack optional. Optional items in a Coursepack are noted on the check-out process. See the 2 examples below. Optional materials are un-selected by default.
