It helps if you have one huge piece, that you can divide into different pieces, however i had a bunch of random pieces leftover from my last project. After you got your flagstone get out your design and start laying down pieces according to your design.

Even though the flagstone is nice, you can't have a course without walls. To make them you need some fire wood. Find quite a few pieces of wood about the same size then lay them down side by side along the track's edge.
