Course and pathways need work!

Unfortunately the course was not in very good shape. The greens had mold on them, the cups were rough around the edges and the fairways were either too wet or too dry throughout most of the course. Not the most enjoyable day of golf we have had. We stopped at the club house for lunch at the turn.

Had to cancel due to me having covid. Still waiting for my refund? Or credit?

Very frustrated

Very frustrated when trying to book tee times on popular courses. The tee sign-up sheets weren't populated after midnight on courses that allowed for 7 days advanced booking. Last Wednesday I kept trying until 45 minutes after midnight, and still no joy. Had to settle for a lower tier course.

Terrible Customer Service

If I could give this a zero rating I would. We booked a tee time for one date, but when I got the confirmation email it was for a different date. A mere 3 minutes later I was able to cancel the tee time through GolfNow. We checked with the golf course to make sure the tee time had been canceled and that we would not be charged and they told us yes.
