You can import a quiz or a Question Bank from one course in which you are a teacher into another by using the "Copy a Canvas Course" option. Make sure to select the specific content that you would like to import.
With the current version of Quizzes there is no direct option to copy questions from a quiz into a question bank. You need to first export the Quiz as a QTI zip file and then import that file back into your course where it will create a duplicate of the original quiz but also a new Question Bank.

You need to go back into the original course where you created the export, then go to course settings and click "Export course content" on the right - this will be the link you followed when you originally did the export. You will then see a list of exports that have been created recently.
