The student LSAC or AMCAS ID is required. Summer students from another UC campus do not need to order a transcript. Students can use MyUCLA to print an academic transcript and attach it to their insurance forms.
Transcripts delivered electronically are processed through Credential eScrip-Safe, the official UCLA transcript agent. Current students should order an official paper or electronic PDF academic transcript that doesn’t require special services through MyUCLA (requires UCLA Logon ID).

Please note: UCLA grants university credit for GCE, Singapore-Cambridge, and Hong Kong A-Level examinations with passing grades. To receive university credit for A-Level exams passed, you must submit a Certifying Statement of Results directly from the examining board.
A student may obtain an unofficial transcript in person at the Registrar's Office, 1113 Murphy Hall, during regular business hours. A photo ID is required. One copy of the unofficial transcript, which the student may photocopy as needed, is supplied per visit at no charge.

UCLA needs official transcripts from all institutions you have attended. Unless specifically requested in your Admission Contract, we do not require a high school transcript. You may view a copy of your Admission Contract on the MyApplication Status website.
An official PDF transcript will be authentic and secure for a recipient regardless of which delivery method you choose.
To print your transcript, you need to first download it from the online editor and save it as a Word or PDF file to your computer, then print the downloaded file from within Word or your PDF reader.

a 3.0 GPA orStudents must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, while out-of-state students must have a 3.4 GPA or greater. The 2020 UCLA acceptance rates have indicated that UCLA is a competitive school. Meeting the UCLA GPA requirement is usually a basic prerequisite to avoid getting your application rejected right away.
UCLA doesn't accept the Common app or the Universal app. In the past, UCLA required either SAT or ACT scores, however, in May 2020, the University of California Board of Regents voted unanimously to stop requiring the ACT and SAT as part of admissions applications.
Once accessed, the recipient has 24 hours to save the transcript file. Students who require special transcript handling or services (attachment such as a PharmCas or NSF form, signature on envelope) must use a Transcript Order form. An electronic PDF transcript sent to AMCAS or LSAC does not require an attachment.

Most academic transcripts are available to UCLA students at no charge after payment of the Document Fee. There is no fee for an academic transcript sent by USPS first-class mail to a U.S. address. Complete academic transcripts are available approximately two weeks after the last day of the term.
The minimum standard time to process and issue an electronic (PDF) transcript is 24 hours. Delivery time depends on the delivery service selected. Expedited service—paper processing within 24 hours, electronic (PDF) processing within 30 minutes—is available for an additional fee per addressee.
Expedited processing and in-person services are not available. Transcripts can be faxed for a fee per fax number called. Faxed transcripts are generally not considered official, and the University cannot ensure confidentiality for any faxed documents.
Contact the testing agency to have the official results sent to UCLA. AP: (888) 225-5427 (UCLA's AP code is 004837) IB: (301) 202-3025. Provided we receive your official results, credit from these exams should appear on your record some time during your first term at UCLA.
UCLA awards college credit for most IB higher-level exams with scores of 5 or higher. (We don’t award college credit for standard-level exams .) The specific credit you receive depends on the College/School your major belongs to: UCLA College.
