We are a DMV approved NY Pre Licensing Class (5 hour) provider. Anyone with a learners permit (regardless of age) may take this ZOOM class to obtain their MV278 certificate. Certificates mailed the day after class

Students must have either a current NY Photo Learner Permit or a valid interim permit with a NYS government issued ID card (such as a Non-Driver ID card, Expired NY Photo Permit, and/or Expired NY Photo License) to participate in the class. You CANNOT take the class with a paper (interim) permit.
