The Canifis Rooftop Agility Course can be started by climbing the Tall Tree just north of the bank and is finished by jumping off the north side of the bank. Players get 240 experience from completing the course, including 175 experience upon completion of the course. It will also take 257 laps from 40-50.

Once you complete the quest, you can get to Canifis by using the Ectophial teleport and running west. Additionally, you can use the Salve Graveyard Teleport spell from the Arceuus Spellbook, and it will put you right next to the aforementioned Fairy Ring.

The Canifis Agility Course provides excellent experience for this level of Agility; maximum experience rate is about 19,000 experience per hour but you will average around 16,000 per hour with some fails. Each lap gives 240 Agility experience.
Players stop failing this course at level 79, at which point is possible to gain up to 56,700 experience per hour.

This is the best experience per hour out of any Agility course up to level 90. If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70. A perfect lap takes exactly 45 seconds, meaning that at maximum efficiency, the maximum amount of experience gained is 45,600 per hour.
The only requirement for this course is level 30 Agility. However, the fail rate for the obstacles is pretty high at that level, sometimes making it feel almost impossible to reach the top. At level 50 Agility, expect to fail 4-7 obstacles on average before reaching the top.
Players can use the Ape Atoll Teleport spell to reach a location close to the course; this requires completion of the Recipe for Disaster subquest, Freeing King Awowogei. To start the course, just go up to the pool of water and click the first stepping stone. There is no need to speak to the course's Agility Boss before starting. (You can speak to him if you want instructions on the course.)
Entrance. The entrance to the werewolf courses is a small, ruined hut in the swamp. ( Werewolf Skullball is also located here.) A Werewolf guards the hut; just open the trapdoor and he will speak to you. If you are wearing the Ring of Charos, it deceives him into thinking you are a werewolf and he lets you in.
This is the only obstacle on the course where players can fail. It is quite dangerous, as a fall can cause over 300 life points, so players with low life points are at risk of death .
If you forget the stick, you won't get the bonus at the end of the course, and once you go up the skull slope, you can't go back for it! Though the agility trainer will throw another stick if you pass it the first time, you can only have one stick at a time.
Players can expect to collect 18–22 marks of grace per hour on average.
It is recommended to boost the Agility level by using summer pies or agility potions to train on a higher-level course earlier than it is available. Low-level players are advised to bring food to heal themselves.
The Werewolf Agility Course offers the second fastest experience from level 60 to 99 . This method is only recommended for accounts that cannot access Darkmeyer, as this method is relatively high-effort and offers worse rates than the Hallowed Sepulchre. While this course can offer slightly faster experience than the Seers' Village Rooftop Course up to level 72, the Seers' course is much easier and most players are likely to gain faster experience there.
Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. Players should always run and use stamina potions if necessary in order to maximise experience rates.
One lap of the Falador Rooftop Course takes roughly one minute , and has a maximum hourly experience rate approximately 26.4k xp/hour, whereas the average rate of xp would lie between 20.5k - 22k xp/hour, depending on agility levels, as higher agility means failing obstacles less.
Training on this course yields up to 13,200 experience per hour, each lap yielding 238 experience. It will take 99 laps to get from level 30 to 40, including fails.
With good concentration, players can gain up to 18,000 experience per hour, with each game taking 2 minutes and 30 seconds on average and yielding 750 experience. Players do not need food for this activity, however it is fairly click-intensive and marks of grace are not obtained from doing it.
