Request a refund To request a refund, follow these steps on a computer: Open your My Purchases page. Find the course or Coursera Plus subscription you want a refund for. Under the Refund Deadline column, click Get Refund.
To access this form: Login to the school where the purchase was made. Click the student profile in the top right corner. Click on Contact. A form will appear to add your contact information and a message. After completing the form, click Send.

Is Teachable legit? Yes, Teachable is a legitimate company. It was founded in 2014 by Ankur Nagpal and has over 170 employees serving over 70,000 course creators.
As noted above, Teachable has no capabilities for importing or configuring courses created in common authoring tools like Articulate and Captivate. By extension, it also does not support the use of the SCORM, xAPI/TinCan, or other e-learning standards for packaging courses.

After 30 days, school owners no longer have the ability to issue refunds using Teachable. In order to issue a refund after 30 days, school owners have to issue refunds through a third-party service (e.g. PayPal, check, wire transfer, etc.).
For coaching products or any bundle that contains a coaching product, creators are solely responsible for setting the refund policy. These products do not need to adhere to the 30 day refund policy. However, you can still refund coaching and bundle purchases through the Teachable admin up to 30 days after purchase.

Students should allow for their credit/debit card refunds to take up to 7-10 business days to process. If you enabled PayPal as a payment option for your students, and a student requests a refund on a PayPal payment, then the refund will be issued to their PayPal account immediately.
If a partial refund is issued, then school owners are only charged transaction and processing fees for the non-refunded amount of the transaction— the rest of the fees are returned to the school owner. Similarly, if a student had VAT tax added to their charge, the tax amount is refunded in proportion to the refund.

You can't request a refund using the Coursera mobile app. If you don't have access to a computer and need to request a refund for a purchase made in the mobile app, contact Coursera.
If you made a payment through the Coursera mobile app, that payment was processed through Apple. You'll need to contact Apple to request a refund. Coursera cannot refund payments made through the mobile app or payments processed by third parties.
If you start a free trial, the free trial begins before you are first charged, so there are no payments to be refunded. You can't get a refund for any payments made after your free trial ends.

If you pay by course for a Specialization, the refund policies for course payments apply to each course payment you make.
Specialization subscriptions begin with free trials. You can't get a refund for a payment made on a subscription after the free trial ends.
You can request a refund for Coursera Plus subscriptions within two weeks of payment.
We don't offer refunds for Guided Projects. If you paid individually for a guided project, ensure you complete it within 180 days to earn your completion certificate and avoid having to register and pay again.
If you pay for something on Coursera, but your payment information goes through a different website, you may be using a third-party marketplace.
To receive a refund in a verified track course unenroll from the course within the refund eligibility period - 14 days after your purchase date or 14 days after your course starts, whichever comes later*.
