However, if you plot a course in Foreflight in the same vicinity as before directly along the lines of latitude or longitude, which should be at 086 and 176 Magnetic (090 and 180 True, minus 4 degrees east variation), Foreflight shows 87 M and 177 M.

ForeFlight’s Takeoff & Landing Performance feature allows you to specify a safety distance factor to produce more conservative runway performance calculations in response to runway conditions or other factors. Takeoff & Landing Performance is included in ForeFlight Performance plans and supports many piston and single-engine turboprop aircraft types.

Foreflight will adjust the magnetic heading based on its winds aloft model. If you put an altitude like 80,000 in the planner, it will not include winds aloft and you should see the magnetic headings that you're expecting.
It's based on magnetic, but is not always up to date. It's less likely to cause an issue than a VOR radial, but still not necessarily any more accurate. In fact, some runways are deliberately off. Atlanta has the following Eastbound runways:

ForeFlight Logbook makes it easy to log time and update currency using a range of flight simulators, which you can set up and use in Logbook just like you would a regular aircraft.
ForeFlight now supports exporting your entire digital logbook in a traditional logbook format, which you can then print for sharing, gifting, or storing for your records. The new format is available in the Logbook Reports tab, along with the experience and progress reports. Two options are available - condensed and complete.
Simply open the Flight Plan Editor in ForeFlight and input your departure and destination airports. This draws a direct route between the two.
Open the AFM and calculate Time, Fuel, Distance to Climb, using a close approximation. Yes, you can interpolate and be more precise but I’ve had good results with my simplistic method.
Now with our time, fuel, and distance to climb data, we can start selecting our checkpoints on our sectional.
Pull out your paper navlog and record each leg distance, course, and magnetic variation (as seen by the isogonic lines).
Click on Briefing to retrieve a weather brief and navigate to Forecasts, Winds Aloft Table.
Going back to the Time, Fuel and Distance to Climb page in our AFM, we can see that the TAS for 4,000’ is 90 kts. Again, this is something we’re just getting close with, especially as we used the winds aloft data for 3,500’ for our first navlog field.
Delete the individual points from the flight plan editor, leaving just the drawn/annotated points behind.
