Often, large classes with several hundred students are divided into smaller classes of 20 or 30; these smaller sections are indicated by course reference numbers, usually five digits long. Different colleges display course reference numbers in different places. Log in to your college's online learning platform, such as WebCT, Banner or Blackboard.

Consult the administrative office for your department. They can print out an official list of the courses you are registered in. This list will include the name of your classes, their times and the specific sections you have registered for, indicated by the course reference number.

Once you have completed 18.0 units, maintaining a minimum 1.6 cumulative GPA, our office will give you the option to select one of our degree or certificate programs. If you have achieved a 2.9 GPA after these 18.0 units, you may take up to a full time course load of 15.0 units per term (5 classes).
Course Load: Exchange students are recommended to take a minimum of 15 credits per term; 30 credits for the full year. As an example, 60 ECTS credits is usually considered a full course load in most European institutions and is equivalent to 30.0 Queen's units.
To generate a grade distribution report:Log into the SOLUS Student Centre. ... On the main page of SOLUS, click on the 'other academic...' ... Select the desired term and click 'Continue'Click the 'Grade Distribution' button at the top to access the grade distribution report for all your courses that term.

In giving consent to audit a class, the instructor will discuss with the student to determine the extent of participation in classes, laboratories, clinical practice, assignments etc. Students must register formally as auditors through the School of Nursing Office. A fee will apply.
five coursesA full time student normally takes five courses (30.0 units) per year. Students in BMUS, BA/BEd and BA/BPHE have a load higher than 30.0 units per year. When are the Terms? Each term is an academic period during the calendar year.
To find your course load percentage for each term:Divide the number of units you're enrolled in by the 100% course load for one term.Example: enrolled in 9 units, 100% is 15 units: 9/15 = . 6 or 60% course load.
If you take less than five courses per semester, it may take you a bit longer to complete your degree, but it will likely improve your academic performance and school/ life balance.
