What is Cisco ICP?

The Instructor Certification Program (ICP) is a rigorous assessment designed to validate a candidate can meet Cisco’s minimum quality standards for technical skills and technical instruction. A CCSI status ensures that the individual is certified to deliver authorized Cisco training courses. The ICP Event examines the candidate’s capabilities and skills for interactive and engaging classroom teaching in a technical environment. A formal process is used to ensure that the candidate selected will provide the highest quality training experience to customers. Typically, these events are normally public or private events held in person at one of Cisco’s global locations or at one of our Authorized Learning Partners locations. However, due to varying COVID-19 restrictions globally, there remains a fair amount of uncertainty regarding travel, and other in-person activities.
