In Sakai, at top, click on Sites; click on the Sakai site that contains the test you want to copy. On the course menu, click on Tests & Quizzes. Click File from the menu bar, mouse over Export, and select Sakai. Select the save location, enter a file name and click Save. The question content is saved as a ZIP file. Take note of where the file is being saved as you will need to locate it later when uploading to the Sakai Worksite.
Content is exported as a . zip file and downloaded to the user's computer. The file is essentially a snapshot of how the course existed at the time of the content export. A typical use case for course content export would be when a student wants to export course content from a Canvas site.

Although Canvas allows you to import Sakai content, you must first export using Common Cartridge packages. You need to be aware that you can ONLY import content from Assignments, Forums, Test & Quizzes, and Resources, using the Lessons tool.
If you renamed resources in Sakai, they will revert to the original names. You need to rename the files again in Canvas.
Step 1: Navigate to the “Site Info” tab in the left-hand side tool menu. Click on the “Import from Site” tab in the central page menu.
