You can begin registering on your assigned priority registration date which is determined by the number of credit hours earned through the most recently completed semester or term. Dropping Classes After the Add/Drop Deadline A “W” grade will be put on your transcript. It is not a negative mark, but a neutral grade that does not affect your GPA. Withdrawing may affect your scholarship, financial aid, tuition, housing or employment if you withdraw below a certain number of credit hours.
An undergraduate student who registers for 12 or more credit hours a semester or 6 or more credit hours a term is full-time. Registration for 9 to 11.5 credit hours per semester or 4.5 to 5.5 credit hours per term is three-quarter-time.

The Add Classes page in MyMAP allows you to search for classes you want to register for. Once you find the class you want to add, click the action links in the left-hand columns of the add-class table.

When you find a course you want to register for, click on the square under the left “Add” column, for the class you would like to add, and then scroll to the bottom and hit “Add Courses”.
To drop a course go back to the “Add/Drop Courses”. Scroll down to Your Schedule (Registered). Select the left column “Drop” box, scroll down, and click “Drop Selected Courses”.#N#DO NOT PRESS “Drop All Courses”, as this will drop all your courses (unless you would intentionally like to drop all of your courses).
