Students taking initial credit courses may withdraw within the first fourteen (14) days of class without penalty. In addition, students will be automatically withdrawn from a course for inactivity within the first fourteen (14) days. Please review the VirtualSC Withdrawal Policy for more information.

During the first 14 calendar days, students must request withdrawals through their sponsoring school counselor* or through the VirtualSC Dashboard (Genius). The sponsoring school counselor must approve the student-submitted request or make the request on behalf of the student through the VirtualSC Dashboard.
