Guided Study courses allow independent learning in a structured format with the guidance and feedback of a mentor. Designed to be completed in a 12-week semester, each Guided Study course includes a detailed week-by-week calendar or schedule that will guide students through reading, writing, and viewing assignments.
To obtain your User ID and Password, select the "I'm new to Online Student Services" link and follow the prompts. A temporary password will be generated and emailed to you. After initial login, you will be required to change your password.
For our online nursing programs for registered nurses, courses are offered four times a year. Graduate courses are also offered four times a year. top.
Online proctoring enables students to take exams online and from their homes or offices. Online proctors use two-way communication to communicate with students who are taking online exams by using a webcam, a microphone, speakers and a high-speed Internet connection.
Most quizzes have multiple-choice questions that are automatically scored, but not every quiz is the same. Some have time limits, some do not. Some are open book, while others are closed book.
Course materials are not included in the cost of tui tion. Students arrange payment directly with the textbook provider and may select any textbook provider that offers the books and materials they need for a particular course. Many students choose to use our online bookstore for their course materials.
