For students without established payment arrangements, NCTC does drop classes once a month prior to a semester starting (see schedule above) and then one final drop by the Official Date of Record.
It's also helpful to follow the suggestions below: Please keep ALL as the default in the department drop-down list. For the Title and Course Code, it’s best to enter the course code ONLY such as ENGL 1301 or MATH 1342 (make sure you put a space between the letters and the numbers).
All courses that are taught on campus or as hybrid courses (meaning partially online and also with weekly face to face meetings) will be listed under the campus where the in-person class meetings will occur. To help speed your search, select "Open" for Section Status.
This section displays all of the registered classes that you are permitted to drop. Courses that you cannot drop for the selected term and program do not display here. To see your complete schedule, click the My Schedule hyperlink at the bottom of the Add/Drop screen.
This section displays all of the classes for which you are waitlisted. This section displays information on Course Code, Title, Schedule, Location, and Credits for each waitlisted course. To view Course Details, click on the course title hyperlink.
This section displays all of the classes that require advisor approval before registration. To view Course Details, click on the course title hyperlink. Select the courses you wish to remove from this list and press the Cancel Selected Approval Request (s) button.

Students can find their Account Balance/tuition and fees for any and all enrolled semesters by logging into MyNCTC, selecting the Student Services tab, and then choosing Financial from the left-hand menu. Acceptable methods of payment include:
