Finding and Downloading Workouts (app and web) Select “Training” from the main Garmin Connect menu. Open Workouts. Choose “Find a Workout” and start browsing workout options. Select a workout, then, to view animations: App: Tap an exercise and press play to view.
Press the lap button when you’ve finished with one exercise and are ready to move on to the next.
The Garmin Connect app allows you to create a pre-planned course that you can download to your compatible Garmin device.
Use the Course Creator Tool to generate a course that can be sent over to your Garmin device.
Log in to Garmin Connect from a computer. Select from the navigation menu on the left. Select Courses. Select Import (Bottom Right of the Course List Window. Example below.) Locate and select the Course File. Select Get Started. Select a course type, then select Continue.
