OK fixed this by uninstalling and then reinstalling Garmin Connect. The Golf menu items now appear again. As mentioned by seilogramp at forums.garmin.com/.../golf
I have the same problem. Cant see it. Fairly sure it used to be there. Very frustrating. Anyone?
