24/5 Restrictions During 24/5 hours of operation, all patrons who enter, or those remaining in the library from 9:45pm to 6:00am, Sunday through Thursday, must be currently enrolled students, faculty or staff and they must have a valid USF ID in their possession.

Question: May I bring food and drink into the library? Drinks in closed containers and snacks are permitted in the library. Vending machines are available in the rest room alcove on the first floor of the library.

The USF Tampa Library cannot accept items which are borrowed, rented, home-copied, or recorded from television. The USF Tampa Library reserves the right to refuse to accept a reserve request if, in the judgment of its staff, fulfillment of the request would involve violation of copyright law.
Although precautionary measures are taken to secure all items, the USF Tampa Library cannot assume responsibility for the loss of personal items.
Unless copyright to the item is owned by the instructor, personal reserve items must be original commercial copies owned by the instructor.
The USF Libraries provides access to millions of course readings in the form of print books, as well as electronic resources such as e-journal articles and e-books that can be accessed online .
The Course Reserve Collection houses textbooks, videos, audio recordings, and other relevant materials required for USF students to complete their coursework. These items are either acquired through the efforts of the TAP project, pulled from the USF Libraries circulating collection, or on loan from instructors.
