Starting in Canvas course you wish to copy materials into, click " Settings " in your course navigation bar. Click on the " Course Details " tab across the top. Click " Import Course Content " on the right-hand side. From the " Content Type " drop down menu, select " Copy a Canvas Course ."
You only have access to copy content from courses in which you are enrolled as a user with instructor permissions. This option allows you to copy content into existing courses. You may be able to copy content into a new course shell. Course imports may not include all content.
Please keep in mind that Direct Share is only for sharing individual items. If you wish to copy an entire course's content over to a new Canvas course site, it is best to use Canvas's course import tool to complete the course copy process.
