Traverse the obstacle course up to the top of the building on the second island. Find the edge without the guardrails and look down; you should see a tall building. Use your Heli-Pack to glide down into the courtyard, which is stuffed full of crates.
Aleero CityMission details Complete fitness course is a mission in the re-imagined Ratchet & Clank, taking place in Aleero City on planet Kerwan.
After the introductory mission on planet Kerwan, you will be taken to Captain Qwark's Fitness Course. This is a story required event, but this trophy requires you to do it quickly. This trophy is not missable because you can retry as many times as you need.

[To unlock Death by Disco], you must throw a groovitron at every single enemy in the game. To acquire this bronze trophy (which is insultingly low in the PlayStation tiering), you must throw a groovitron at every single enemy in the game.
Locations: Aridia In the sandshark area (where you had to help Skid McMarx), a gold bolt can be seen behind a grate. From there just follow the wall around to a dead end. If you closely look at the wall, holes will be visible. Simply use a bomb to destroy it and access the cave leading to the gold bolt.
Shiny! The great part about collecting Gold Bolts is that they unlock a series of 'cheats' like a big/tiny head mode, new skins for your ship and weapons and even infinite health and ammo modes that don't affect your trophy progress!
You will just need to be extra vigilant when approaching and riding that rail to make sure you don't miss them. Despite the problematic trophy, Insomniac's claim that Rift Apart's platinum can be unlocked in just one playthrough still rings true.
There are no missable Trophies in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, but you should take extra care with Shifty Character. This requires you to hit all the Blizon Crystals on Blizar Prime and Cordelion, but there's a grind rail sequence towards the end of the level which features two potentially missable Blizon Crystals.
This area seems fairly quiet after the ruckus on Novalis. Bash the crates in the immediate area, then hit the tunnel. On the other side is a platform with the Gadgetron Vendor. If you can afford it, buy the Blaster, which happens to be your basic, run-of-the-mill machine gun type thing. Typical of this sort of game.
As you enter the shop, Ratchet will talk to Al, the nerd behind the counter. He'll offer to upgrade Clank for a small fee. It's well worth it. Hand over the 1,000 bolts, then leave the shack and enter the area he's opened up for you.
The Help Desk will give you instructions on using your Heli-Pack, so just do as it says. At the end of it all, you'll find a yellow elevator platform. Ride it, and you'll find yourself at the top of a building. Plenty of guard dog robots are milling around here, so defeat them, then destroy the strange device that's generating them.
This mission is relatively easy in some respects; simply hop from platform to platform, defeating robot guards as you do so. At the end, you'll see an Infobot, but it glides away as the train pulls into the station. Hop off and blast away the wall of crates for a multitude of bolts, then leave the little side area and check out the train platform.
On the other side of the vendor, Ratchet and Clank will stumble across a robot version of Captain Qwark. After clearing up the initial confusion, let's tackle the fitness course. Circle the rock mountain for some bolts (don't forget to hit the crates on the ledge), then return to Qwark and hop up the mountain using the ledges and your Heli-Pack.
