You must successfully complete a minimum of six (6) James Madison High School credits to be eligible to earn your diploma from our school.
Your diploma and transcript will be sent to you via the U.S Postal Service or international airmail within 6 weeks of graduation.

Yes. Each year, graduates are invited to attend the James Madison High School graduation in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We create a festive event where students can walk across the stage in their caps and gowns and receive their diplomas.
You may request a copy of your James Madison High School transcript using the Transcript Request Form. Transcripts may be obtained by contacting student services at 1-800-224-7234. Transcripts are $15.00 for printed and $13.00 for e-transcript and are happy to send them to prospective employers and college admission offices.

Although research on the subject is inconclusive, listening to music while studying can work wonders on getting some people in “the zone”. It’s recommended to stay away from music with lyrics though, as the words can easily distract you from your work.
Choose a special place for your studying, where you don’t do anything else. Make it a haven for focus, away from electronics (except for your music). Don’t study in your bed, in front of a TV or where you have access to games.
The best way to study for any course is in timed chunks. Your ability to retain information decreases drastically after about 30 minutes, so give yourself a little break every half hour. Use this break to have a snack, some water and a light stretch.
