The Advanced Barbarian Agility Course, or Extended Barbarian Agility Course, was released on 22 June 2009. It uses some obstacles from the basic course as well as some new obstacles. It requires much higher Agility and gives much faster experience than the basic course.
The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is the only good training option from level 1 to 10 and will earn a maximum of 8,000 experience per hour, with 86.5 experience per run. It takes 13 and a half laps to reach level 10. Levels 10–20/30: Draynor Village Rooftop Course
With a requirement of 90 Agility, the Advanced Barbarian Agility Course is the highest level Agility course in the game. Several obstacles on the advanced course may be failed; however, at 93+ Agility, all obstacles on the advanced course have a 100% success rate (At 92 Agility, falling off the log balance is a rare event, but still possible).
Use the shortcut to the north-east of the Grand Tree in the Gnome Stronghold (level 37 Agility) Once at the Barbarian Outpost, the player must pass by the barbarian guards ( Bar Crawl (miniquest) requirement) and then crawl through a pipe (35 Agility requirement, boostable) to reach the actual Agility course.
Obtaining the agile top At one bite per lap, it will take between 130 and 170 summer pies to get 250 perfect laps if starting the course at level 85 Agility. These perfect laps do not need to be done consecutively.
It is located within the Barbarian Outpost, in northern Kandarin, and is supervised by Gunnjorn. Access to the course requires the completion of the Bar Crawl (miniquest) and 35 Agility (boostable). On 21 June 2009, an advanced route was added to the course for players with high Agility levels.
Levels 60-90 – Seers' Village Agility Course Players stop failing this course at 79 Agility. From level 80 onwards, it is possible to achieve experience rate up to 60,000 experience per hour, if one consistently performs perfect laps and teleports to Seers' bank immediately after finishing the lap.
According to the wiki, the shortest agility course by time is the Barbarian Outpost Agility Course with an approximate lap time of 30 seconds. The Bandos Agility Course is a close second, with an approximate lap time of 35 seconds.

Both free and P2P players can directly teleport to Barbarian Village if they have the skull sceptre, a reward from the Stronghold of Security.
If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70.
Obtaining. The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.
This makes it the only Agility course that can be visited without the required Agility level, though players are unable to continue the course if reaching the roof from the ladder. You stop failing this course at level 79 agility.
Agility: Agility is a doozy, and will take you about 200 hours to get all the way from level 1 – 99. Getting to level 99 Fishing using the Barbarian Fishing will get you about 1 000 000 XP with 99 Fishing.
A player with level 99 Agility can obtain the 20,000 experience limit in around 10 minutes, giving an experience rate equivalent to 120,000 experience an hour.

The Agility course consists of eight obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience. If all obstacles are passed in the correct order, some bonus experience is rewarded at the end of the lap. Some of the obstacles can be failed by the player, resulting in small amounts of damage.
At higher levels, a player can complete a maximum of around 120 laps per hour (49 ticks per lap), resulting in about 18,400 Agility experience per hour. A tick-perfect lap without running is 58 ticks. Tick-perfect laps require manually running to specific tiles between some of the agility obstacles.
Teleport to the Barbarian Outpost using a games necklace. Teleport to the Barbarian Outpost by casting the Barbarian Teleport spell. This spell is on the Lunar spellbook and requires level 75 Magic and completion of Lunar Diplomacy to cast. Use the shortcut to the north-east of the Grand Tree in the Gnome Stronghold, which requires level 37 Agility.
Levelling Fishing from level 58 to 99 by Barbarian Fishing would get the player from level 33 Agility to 74. If the player plans to train Fishing through Barbarian Fishing at any point, it is best to do it before training Agility, as it would save at least 24 hours of Agility training from level 33 to 74.
The Werewolf Agility Course offers the second fastest experience from level 60 to 99 . This method is only recommended for accounts that cannot access Darkmeyer, as this method is relatively high-effort and offers worse rates than the Hallowed Sepulchre. While this course can offer slightly faster experience than the Seers' Village Rooftop Course up to level 72, the Seers' course is much easier and most players are likely to gain faster experience there.
It is recommended to boost the Agility level by using summer pies or agility potions to train on a higher-level course earlier than it is available. Low-level players are advised to bring food to heal themselves.
The drop rate of marks on any rooftop course will significantly decrease (by 80% ) when you reach 20 Agility levels higher than the requirement of that rooftop course. Any boost to the drop rate, such as the reward for completion of the Hard Kandarin Diary, is applied after the 80% reduction.
Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. Players should always run and use stamina potions if necessary in order to maximise experience rates.
One lap of the Falador Rooftop Course takes roughly one minute , and has a maximum hourly experience rate approximately 26.4k xp/hour, whereas the average rate of xp would lie between 20.5k - 22k xp/hour, depending on agility levels, as higher agility means failing obstacles less.
The Hallowed Sepulchre offers the fastest experience from level 52 onwards. This method is a lot harder compared to other training methods, and it requires good concentration and timing. The activity becomes highly profitable at level 92, as this allows players to loot the Grand Hallowed Coffin on the final floor, where the ring of endurance can be obtained.
