NSO is ok. But if you do anything in the realm of nsp, xci, save modding etc etc. well you risk getting banned al together. Personally I have two Nintendo Switches ... which you could basically see as heaven and hell when it comes to that type of stuff That is the only real way to be sure you can do both.
