There are several different methods for travelling to the Wilderness Agility Course. The best options, in order of fastest to slowest, are: Teleport to the Frozen Waste Plateau by casting the Ice Plateau Teleport spell. This spell is on the Lunar spellbook and requires level 89 Magic and completion of Lunar Diplomacy to cast. Run east from here.
The Wilderness Agility Course is an Agility training area located in the Wilderness, available to players with level 52 Agility . The Agility course rewards 571.4 Agility experience per completed lap. With an average time of 40 seconds per lap, it is possible to get upwards of 47,500 Agility experience per hour from this course.
The wilderness course is located at level 53 wilderness. You can easily get here by using the lever in Ardougne or Edgeville. Be sure to bring a knife so you can slash the webs that block the way. Then simply walk southwest towards the wilderness course as pictured.
The Seers' Village Agility Course and the Ardougne Agility Course provide similar/faster experience course per hour with much lower risk. The Wilderness Agility Course is a good way to bridge the gap between 52-60 Agility though, as it still provides superior experience rates compared to the Falador Agility Course .
Crossing down the walkway from the wilderness agility course as another player enters the gate will no longer cause you to be placed on a tile which allows you to run back through the gate onto the walkway incorrectly. Logging into the Wilderness agility course in a free to play world will now remove you from the area.

Currently, you either have to run to the mage arena or run all the way to level 20 wilderness to leave the wilderness agility course.
Players can use the Teleport to Ape Atoll spell to reach a location close to the course; however, this also requires completion of the Recipe for Disaster subquest, Freeing King Awowogei. A perfect lap of the course provides 580 experience points. The route taken to complete the course.
The Werewolf Agility Course is an Agility course that can be accessed after the completion of Creature of Fenkenstrain. It is located east of Canifis (beneath the surface), thus also requiring completion of Priest in Peril. Level 60 Agility (boostable) while wearing a Ring of Charos is required to gain access.
Players can gain up to around 50,000 experience per hour at level 60, increasing to around 54,000–55,000 experience per hour at level 70. Players stop failing this course at level 79, at which point is possible to gain up to 56,700 experience per hour.

Agility: Agility is a doozy, and will take you about 200 hours to get all the way from level 1 – 99. Getting to level 99 Fishing using the Barbarian Fishing will get you about 1 000 000 XP with 99 Fishing.
You can go to Ape Atoll by going to the 1 st floor [UK]2 nd floor [US] of the Grand Tree and speaking to Daero. He will then take you to a bunker where you can speak to Waydar who will take you to Crash Island from which you can speak to Lumdo to visit Ape Atoll.

With at least level 52 Agility, players may use a Demonic skull to gain a scaling increase in the amount of Agility experience gained from the course. Players can gain another 5% additional experience on their lap bonus if they have a Wilderness sword 2 or better equipped or in their inventory.
If you fail, you will fall on one side which is a pit filled with aggressive white wolves. The pit on the east side seems to be the most common side when the player fails to climb up to the arena.

Players may wish to bring along a cheap and effective player killing weapon to defend themselves. Another viable strategy is to bring a blisterwood staff and some air and nature runes, and provided you are on the default spellbook, you will have some casts of Snare and the best air spell you can cast, which should help you defend against melee PKers. Antipoison potions may also be helpful.

It is possible to fall on the ropeswing and log. If the players fail these obstacles, they will be placed in a small dungeon, with 4 bones spawns and eight aggressive skeletons. The ladder to escape is in the north-eastern part of this dungeon. The stepping stones can be failed as well, but failing these will only send players to the side of the ladder, deducting 26.6% (rounded down) of players' remaining life points at the same time.
The table below lists all the obstacles that give experience. Note that there is no experience bonus upon completing the course if the player forgets to retry an obstacle after failing it, or completes an obstacle on the course out of order.

When you fall on the balanced log, skip the stepping stones because you already did that for the finished lap experience.
