How do I add an Admin to my Schoology course?

  1. Navigate to your course
  2. Click ‘Members’
  3. Click ‘Add Members’
  4. Select the appropriate school from the dropdown
  5. Type the last name of the Admin you are adding into the search field & press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard
  6. Click on the name of the Admin and then click ‘Add Members’
  7. Click the gear wheel next to the admins name and then click ‘Make Admin’
  8. Click ‘Confirm’
  9. Click the gear wheel next to the admins name and click ‘Set Section-level Roles’
  10. Click the radio button next to ‘View Grades / View Materials’ and then click ‘Save’

From the Course Profile, select Members:
  1. Click Add Members.
  2. If your organization has multiple schools or buildings, select the member's location from the drop-down on the top right.
  3. Select the member(s) you'd like to enroll in the course. ...
  4. For students without an account, enable Send Access Code Via Email.

Reset Access Code

  • If your Access Code is being used by people other than your students, go to the Memberspage and reset the code in the green box. The new code will render the old one obsolete. Students already enrolled in the course will remain enrolled.
