All Mastering courses have access to Learning Catalytics. You must have a Pearson Educator account to create a Mastering course. Select My Courses , Create Course, Create a New Course, and then select Continue. Basic Information, provide the following values, and then select Continue.

To find your Course ID:Click on the Settings tab.Under Course Management, locate your course on the list.You will see the Course ID under the Course name. Give the Course ID to students and teachers wishing to join your course. Note: A second teacher can also join your course by using the Course ID.
If you do not know the ID for your class or the ID you were given wasn't accepted, please obtain the correct ID from your instructor. If you do not have an instructor you may be able to use the site to study independently.

Once you're disenrolled from a course, you will no longer be able to sign in to it. If you worked on any assignments in the first course. Ask the instructor to make a record your scores from the original course BEFORE disenrolling you.
If you registered and joined (enrolled in) a Mastering course in a particular discipline (Mastering Chemistry, Mastering Biology, etc.) in error and need to be in different Mastering course, you can join the correct course and get disenrolled from the original course.
You need a valid email address, preferably the one provided by your school. You’ll be getting some important emails from your instructor at this address.
Your instructor will give you a Course ID that links you directly into your course. It will look something like this: MENGprofessor12345. If you don't know your Course ID, check with your instructor or a classmate.
If you already have an access code, you’ll redeem it when you register. If you don’t, you can use a credit card or PayPal to purchase access.
