Below are the steps to complete a linking request. Record the CITI account member ID(s) you want linked to your NetID: Log in to your CITI account at www.citiprogram.org. Write down the CITI member ID that is at the top right of the "Main Menu" page. Label this number “Member ID Number(s) to be linked”

An average score of 80% or higher is required in order to successfully complete a CITI training course. If I do not pass a module exam, can I retake it? Yes, the test modules may be taken as many times as needed. When you complete the test and do not pass, you can select Re-enter.
Add CITI Completion Report to your IRBNet User Profile. Once you are logged into IRBNet, click USER PROFILE in the upper right corner of the screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Add New Record. Follow the instructions to attach the PDF version of your completed CITI Training.

Completion Certificates are diplomas that do not include quiz scores. They are more suitable for sharing on sites like LinkedIn. Each Completion Report and Completion Certificate has a unique "verify" link that you can send to others to share your results (or use for online posting).
You can enable Continuing Education options by clicking on CE/CMEs . Note that purchase of Continuing Education credits is not required for CITI Program course completions. This is an optional service provided to professionals who wish to purchase CEs for CITI Program courses that they have completed.
Log in to your CITI account . Under the “Learner Tools” section of the main menu, click on the link to “Add a Course or Update Learner Groups.” Update choices for relevant items and then click on “Submit.” The updated courses will appear in the course menu.
You can return to the Main Menu at any time by clicking the Main Menu link at the top of the page. From the Main Menu, you can access courses in progress, print completion reports earned, add courses to your account, or update your account information.

When you are affiliated with both institutions, enroll in the courses that need to be transferred You will need to enroll in the same stage of the course (Basic / Refresher) for a transfer to occur. Each institution determines the time frame in which modules are transferable.
